It wasn't on my mind, and I don't usually think about it. However, when someone mentioned trying the soft Philly sandwiches, we decided to check it out...
I received the wrong dish and when I brought it to their attention, they did nothing to resolve the issue. It felt like they were too lazy to correct their mistake. Overall, the experience was disappointing.
