Bistro di Marino - Collingswood

Had an early weekday dinner with a friend here and it was great! I couldn’t get over that an entire section of the menu was gnocchi! I LOVE gnocchi; it’s my favorite pasta. We both did the pick 3 gnocchi sampler which is a lot of gnocchi for a reasonable price. I got the traditional, Gorgonzola, and short rib varieties. The short rib could have been heavier on the meat but otherwise they were all great and Gorgonzola was my favorite. It is BYO which is a plus. Restaurant is a little plain in terms of decor/ambienve (especially empty on the side where you walk in) but nice. Server was attentive and kind. And the GM walked around and greeted us at the start of our meal and checked in with midway through which was a nice touch. Would recommend especially for gnocchi. Honestly can’t even comment on the rest of the menu because I didn’t read anything but the gnocchi section

Many visits to a favorite restaurant. Never had a bad meal. There’s a new menu to check out now.One of the best restaurants in town.

Over the years we have enjoyed our meals at Bistro but last night was the best meal we ever had at Bistro. Service was excellent -Jackson did a great job to make sure my party of 19 were completely satisfied and had everything they could need. The Hostess/Manager, Christa, went to our guest and made sure the party had a great time. Finally, the food was great. The chef made sure that every dish was prepared and proper temperature when it was served. This was not an easy task since we were a large party. All appetizers and meals came out one more excellently prepared than the next. Highly recommend this restaurant and will be back very soon.

Reservation recommended. We sat outside with the wood fired grill nearby so it smells amazing the whole time. Bread with a delicious herb dipping sauce is given. The food was lovely with large portions. This is a nice dinner out, so the prices reflect that and the menu is posted online. It's BYOB as it's a dry town, so everyone had their own bottle of wine, no uncorking fee. Service was excellent.

Love Bistro Di Marino. Great customer service. The General Manager-Christa was very pleasant, greeted us and came over to check on us. She is very sweet and made the experience that much better. Thank you Christa. Loved the Chicken Parmigiana and Gnocchi
