The food was ok, it wasn’t really hot this time customer service was friendly she left a few items from my order it was nice about

Ordered online on the app, got almost half off the meal. Walked into the store and got my order out in under 1 minute, no exaggeration. nice job. There were people in the drive thru wrapped around but literally no one in the store, more people should walk in because it is super fast!!

Quick service. The Big Mac sauce and fries were tasty. Definitely worth a visit!

These little details make a big difference. This is arguably the best McDonald's in the Memphis area. When I go through the drive-thru, I don’t have to check my bag to ensure everything is there because they always get the order right. It may seem minor, but it really matters. I'd like to give a special shout-out to LaQuan. When he’s working the window, I feel like I receive exceptional service. He goes above and beyond to make sure your drinks are filled to the brim, your fries are fresh, and any special requests are taken care of. While these may seem like small things, they truly make a difference.

The service was outstanding. Unlike the soggy fries you often find at other McDonald's locations, these fries were hot, fresh, and expertly salted. We also tried the chicken nuggets, which were equally hot, crispy, and fresh. Overall, this is probably one of the best McDonald's experiences we've had.
