Luna Grill - Colleyville

My family and I recently visited Luna Grill in Colleyville for the first time, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the manager, Robert, was remarkable. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and guided us in selecting our meals. He was friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. We saw him taking orders, cleaning tables, and delivering food, and he even ran outside to return a purse to a customer who had left it behind. Notably, he remembered it was my birthday and went above and beyond to make our experience special and memorable. We will definitely be returning—great food and fantastic service!

Fantastic Mediterranean cuisine! The chicken and Kabob Koobide (ground beef mixed with onions, sumac, and spices) are excellent. Their trio of hummus is amazing. The interior is clean and bright. I will definitely return!

A friend recently took me to Luna Grill, and I have to say it was absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the variety of choices and the emphasis on freshness and health in their food. The only thing that stops me from giving it a five-star rating is the customer service—or rather, the lack of customer engagement. While the service was acceptable, it was a bit slow, likely because they were busy with takeout orders. When we walked in, we stood at the register for an awkward 3 to 4 minutes, and even though there were about six employees there, not a single one made eye contact, greeted us, or acknowledged our presence. It felt like they were hoping someone else would take care of us, and by ignoring us, they wouldn’t have to deal with it. If they improve their customer interaction, this place would definitely earn a five-star rating!

Great place to eat!! Amazing customer service the staff always positive and friendly. Prices are reasonable I enjoy the atmosphere every time I come to this location.

I absolutely love their spicy hummus with the pita bread, along with the chicken kabob plate. This particular location does a great job in their preparation service.
