The restaurant was closed, and a notice on the door mentioned that it was shut down due to unpaid debts.

The restaurant had a strong odor reminiscent of old fish, and both its appearance and taste reflected the same sentiment — it felt like we were eating overcooked seafood that had seen better days. It's the only place I've been to that managed to ruin a lobster tail. They also failed to honor our reservation time and revoked our Open Table reservation points simply because we were willing to sit at the bar instead of waiting an additional 20-30 minutes. It felt unfair to be penalized for trying to accommodate them. In the end, we were left with a disappointing experience marked by poor service and nearly inedible food. It's time for this establishment to reconsider its operations.

Great Service and Delicious Food! It was my wife's birthday, and I had mentioned it to the restaurant, but they didn’t acknowledge it. It also seemed like they weren’t aware that we had an OpenTable reservation, as they simply seated us. Later, I received a message from OpenTable apologizing for us not making it to our reservation at Red Lobster. However, we did keep our reservation and informed them that we had booked through OpenTable. We indeed went to Red Lobster!

My wife ordered salmon and crab with shrimp, but there was a mix-up with her dish. I informed our server, and she promptly communicated with the kitchen. Within a minute, the manager came over to our table. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they handled it! He apologized for the error and assured us that he would have the missing lobster tail cooked up right away. The mistake was rectified immediately, and we continued enjoying our dinner. Unfortunately, halfway through our meal, my son started feeling unwell, so we had to leave quickly. Our server was very accommodating, bringing us takeout containers to pack up our leftovers. For dessert, we took home the vanilla bean cheesecake, which was absolutely delightful. I also had the key lime pie; the flavor was outstanding, but the crust was a bit tough. Nevertheless, the taste more than made up for it. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, and the staff provided a five-star service. We will definitely be back soon! Please note that the pictures of our takeout don’t do the food justice, but I assure you, it's delicious!

The service was impeccable, the food was delicious, and the location was excellent. We plan to return soon. Here's a tip: arrive before the lunch rush for the best experience! Also, there's a tank of live lobsters at the entrance, and the host is eager to tell you all about them. A nice touch!
