Pizza Hut - College Station

I ordered at 7:30 on the pizza hut app. They sent my order through door dash, never received my order, called pizza hut back they said it would be there around 20 min. Nothing came, called back they proceeded to tell me that I need to call door dash. Door dash said that they don't have an order on my account, alot of back and forth. It's now10:07 cst I don't have my pizza and no refund, not to mention the girl on the phone was rude, she said I don't know what to tell you and hung up the phone. This was the worst experience I have ever had with pizza hut. I don't think I will order again from them. I'm hangry ? if I could give this store a 0 I would

Team members were super friendly while we waited in our food.

The food was mediocre and my order was incorrect. They messed up a topping on the pizza, but the pizza wasn't bad. It also wasn't exceptional. The cheese bread was just kind of bland.

Overcooked, carelessly prepared! I'll never order from there again! The pizza was a mess when it arrived.

Noticably poor quality. Pizza wasnt good, breadsticks were rock hard and tasted bad
