Jimmy John's - College Station

This is the best Jimmy John's location ever. They are really shaky and always have my order ready before I even thru drive. You have never messed up my sandwich <3 Sometimes I will order online when they have a deal and they will have made it within seconds it seems. The subs are always perfect and taste so hard. Staff are always friendly and efficient. Great location.

Great sandwiches as always and super fast and friendly delivery but good luck if you have a question. Aggressivity and rudeness for regular and loyal customers will be for a less customer. I ordered through the app and it was my card didn't work after a few tries I just had to choose the cash option. Two minutes after the order I got a notification that the fee went through. Because I ordered for my entire office (which I usually ordered on a monthly basis), it was almost a $70 order. So I called to see if it was actually charged or if I had to pay it in cash. The employee who answered first was friendly, but I couldn't really understand him because he was spoken so soft, so he offered me to hand me over to his manager, as he said he was standing right next to him. I said, okay and immediately I regretted it. He explained rudely that we have not received any payment you have to pay. I understand, but I just checked out because I've charged a charge. He was like good we don't have any charges on our end so you have to pay it. I asked him if he had a bad day, explained that I just asked a question and he didn't need to be so aggressive and rude. I wished him a better day and hung up. Matthew (the manager) is not someone who should interact with customers if Jimmy John’s wants to stay successful. His employees should not follow his example! Please do better!

I just placed an order and gave specific instructions and they left it in a classroom. I missed my lunch And was charged And I gave a tip! They could’ve called, but no call… how disappointed….
