Dat Dog - College Station

I ordered the duck dog, and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back. I'm excited to sample the other hot dog varieties they offer. It's wonderful to have such a unique dining choice in our town. My only small issue is that they only provide street parking, but there's a free parking lot nearby during lunch hours.

Absolutely fantastic! This place is a must-visit! I tried the étouffée dog and the cheese bacon ranch fries, and everything was incredibly delicious. The restaurant was immaculate, and the staff was very friendly. They also have a good selection of vegan options! I just wish I had discovered this gem sooner—I can't believe they’ve been open for almost a year. I'm not sure if I simply overlooked it or if they might benefit from a bit more advertising. Either way, this place is amazing, and I truly hope it lasts! It's refreshing to have another dining choice in town besides burgers, chicken fingers, and tacos.

Overall, it was a decent experience. However, the bartender appeared to be somewhat inexperienced. I ordered the burger, and it turned out to be quite tasty.

Went to Dat Dog in New Orleans back in May. Ironically, it was our favorite food while in NOLA. We heard that they were opening a store here (strange choice for a location, but I'm not complaining! so I was excited. I finally had the chance to go over and check it out for lunch today. The Guinness Dog is AMAZING, as are the etouffee fries. Tasted just like they did in NOLA! I haven't had the opportunity to try anything else, but I loved what I got! Excited to go back!

Loved the variety of hotdogs here! The choices are unique and they have veggie/vegan friendly options too! Highly recommend this joint!
