Taco Bell - College Park

The drive thru staff was more worried about who got what kind of order and where the sauce packets were than take my order. Staff asked if I would like to buy the number 6, I said no thank you and started to order, was told to wait, waited a few minutes someone came on and said go ahead and then started talking to other employees about other orders. I began to speak and was ignored. The. They said go ahead and third time, I told them my order and I was asked to repeat what I said AGAIN. So I spoke louder with annunciation and someone else came on the radio and told me the headset was not working hence the asking to repeat order, asking me to calm down. Once at the window, I was told my total and the person SNATCHED my card from my hand. I was not asked if I would like any sauce. Staff VERY RUDE.

We have never been to a taco bell with amazing service and they got our entire order correct. This was fantastic.

The people there are extremely nice and the food was ok. But the pictures I posted was with extra fries. I would hate to see it without the supposed extra fries you have to pay for.

I actually didn't buy any food. Because I don't eat Taco Bell and haven't in 4yrs. I went in to use the rest room as it is a public restroom rite. But I was told by an employee or Manager with a head set and dreads no hairnet or hat on. I didn't see no name tag to get his name but I didn't even bother. And it was well before closing time around 8pm, But he told me next time I'm going to have to buy something to use the rest room. And I said ok. But to my understanding you didn't have to buy anything just to use a public restroom. He could have been a little more professional with his words if that is the case. But he was more worried about me going to the rest room sitting in the lobby on his phone while a line wrap around the building and the restroom was sticky and pissy smelling. That's what he should have been doing cleaning that discussing restroom ? up. To Mangament do better. Retrain your employees Magnt. Or whoever how to be professional.

The service sucked and I was given tacos with old shells that tasted like poison the Manger did care she said it came from the shells sitting in mental l, she didn't even care she didn't offer me my money back which is what I wanted she want me to get one tacos but I had bought 3 tacos never again.
