Dunkin' - College Park

I am not sure if the kiosk is not reliable or it's user error. I have tried twice to use it but the second time I focused on accurately adding the amount of sugar I wanted but it didn't go through because the barista served my coffee with no sugar and looking at the receipt it didn't have any sugar amount. She begrudgingly added the sugar for me.The coffee is always tasty.

Absolutely great customer service. They were patient when I inquired about their newest drink. I did not feel rushed at all. The service was fast and I enjoyed my drink and donuts.

Good place for drinks. The donuts are always not too fresh, like they've been frozen, thus the 3 stars.

Great crew of people. They deserve nothing but positive recognition. It’s in a really convenient spot, so it gets busy, and they’re always doing their best.
