Too long, promises 50 minutes, took almost 2 hours, complicated, they say there was an unforeseen event, only if someone else passes by in front of me, I don't think it's a problem with that, if mine took 2 hours, they shouldn't sell anything because a 2 hour pizza should sell 3 pizzas a day, sad, good pizza, but complicated to wait if It takes a while, don't say 50 minutes, I believe that as a consumer and payer I have the right to complain, whether it's 50 minutes or 2 hours

The pizza itself is very good, however the service is TERRIBLE. We rarely manage to eat a pizza with less than 2 hours of waiting. Already trying to place an order for delivery or waiting for pick-up at the location and the delay is always the same. At this point I've been standing in front of the pizzeria for almost 2 hours waiting for my order and nothing. UPDATE: today there was a 2 hour and 15 minute wait and we left WITHOUT the pizza. I bought a I'm hungry barbecue and it didn't come with any meat or ice cream even if it was there I had to heat it up in the microwave
