For Pizza Sake Take Bake - Colfax

Fantastic pizza! They use fresh, local ingredients on handmade dough, making it as fresh as possible for a "take and bake" option. We will definitely be returning many more times!

Since my last review, the restaurant has undergone a change in ownership, and the new owners truly prioritize the quality of their offerings. The pizza is incredibly delicious and has become our favorite in a town of 2,200 residents that is home to five pizzerias! I recently had the Italian Deluxe pizza special, and it was fantastic, just like it always is!

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The pizza was just average and lacked flavor; I've had frozen DiGiorno pizzas that were better. Furthermore, my interactions concerning sanitation were quite unprofessional. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I apologize if this comes across as harsh, but I believe it's essential for the community to read honest reviews, particularly since many seem to be swayed by the previous ownership.
