Boadicea Bar - Colchester

After arriving at Boadicea we discovered that the restaurant is no longer open and has been closed due to foreclosure. Definitely a bit of a shock which made mother's day more eventful as we had to manically phone around to see what else was available. Disappointing

You should remove this from your booking service as it is closed. !

It had a repossession order on it and no body could be bothered to let me know

The restaurant is currently closed due to a legal dispute. We were disappointed to arrive for our reservation and find the restaurant shut down. The owner has mentioned plans to reopen in the future, but it would be helpful if they could disable the online booking system to prevent further confusion. We had to find another restaurant last minute.

I'm not sure if it was a mistake with the booking app or the restaurant, but I made a reservation for a table for two for my girlfriend and myself. We live far apart due to work and don't get to see each other as often as we'd like, so we were looking forward to a romantic meal here for Valentine's Day on the 15th. When our taxi arrived, we found the restaurant dark and closed with no sign of life. We had never been there before and were disappointed, as we had been looking forward to our meal together. We ended up at Prezzo instead, sitting next to a large table of 20 people. It was a letdown.
