McDonalds - Colac

It seems like regional McDonald's are really stepping up their game. City McDonald's should take note. The table service, from ordering to receiving the food, was fast, efficient, and fresh. The restaurant was busy, clean, and tidy. The fries were slightly undercooked, but overall it was a good experience. The food at the McCafe looked well-presented.

From Warrnambool to Melbourne today went to Colac for lunch. Incapable, inside because of the restrictions we just bought coffee and went outside, tables were all marked, unless we could sit there, we were of course and were told by... an employee that we did not allow to sit in the fresh air. After we drove for hours, there was no way to go through the ride and eat our food in the car. We can go to a food court, order McDonalds and put them in the house with hundreds of other people. We can mix with hundreds of people in a mall. Even Hungry Jacks let you sit outside to eat. Good luck posing on McHappy Day! They have us completely as customers.

Mcdonalds in Colac are the worst. Every time I order a LARGE Frappe, I'm given a small amount in a big cup, but I'm accusing of the cost of a big Frappe. I discussed it with them, but they said it was their policy, they are the ONLY Maccas franchise that does.

I am a local and every time I visited these McDonalds, I ask for hot pommes and a strong flavor shake, but I always get cold, soft pommes and vanilla tasty. Why even harass advertising taste. If you have time to stand... Your reason and get what you pay for them well, but management should address and fix these issues. Not difficult! They don't sell vegetable burgers anymore. Entrepreneurship overall. Go somewhere else in Colac.

Stop dessert. Unfortunately there were errors “EVERYWHERE”. The majority of our order was wrong. It seemed that I did not experience the only problems related to a stream of other customers. Probably not returning to this restaurant does not come to the...ordering Gauntlet....
