Casa Dos Pregos - Coimbra

Casa dos pregos offers a very good “prego”. The meat it’s quite good and all the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The “bolo do caco” it’s ok and overall it’s a good combination. The price it’s a little high but despite’s that I recommend.

I visited the restaurant in January. It was cold inside with a drought. I ordered a soup and a burger with very good meat of beef, cheese and bacon and egg. The steak was cooked to perfection and was delicious but the waitress forgot my soup. With a coke I paid 18 euros which was far too expensive. I won’t recommend the place.

Went there with 2 adults and a baby, as a late dinner option recommended by a local. Ambience was friendly and cozy, people from different age ranges, enjoying simply tasty food. a place to come back for sure!
