Cafe Du Canton - Cognac

This doesn’t look as good as some of the other cafes with its plastic chairs and tables but the food was lovely and service excellent. Burger of the day for the adults was with goats cheese, salad and a honey mayo cooked perfectly. Our 3 year old was very happy with chicken and chips and an ice cream to follow. So don’t be put off by decor just enjoy your food!!

My family wanted a quick lunch during the Cognac blues festival and we were very pleasantly surprised to find this little cafe with a jam session outside the restaurant. We all had the ham steak with fries and it was delicious ham...not too salty and just enough food for a light lunch. The price was good so all in all a very great experience especially with the addition of the live music.

I liked this place at first, the food was very good, the service was also good but why would they charge for a spoonful of mustard? How bizarre! With all the restaurants to choose from in Cognac, I don't need to go back there.

Nice terrace, staff too. Good food, good value for money. near downtown. accessible on foot only, about 20 places on the terrace, quiet area. dish of the day -10€ does not accept several restaurant tickets for the same meal. no English, but menu in French available

Welcome to the staff. The different dishes are not fat and do not swim in the sauce. Prices and waiting times between the order and the correct dish. To redo it without hesitation.
