SeaSalt Jetty - Coffs Harbour

Very rude and made some very rude comments after asking why a higher number is called by the lady who was working today and then stated Neale sure 72 waits longer and a very short elderly woman found it super hard to grab her food of the very high side counter and very rude customer service with the lady with curly red hair I am never returning back to this location again

Had the chips and bits which was pretty good and very big for the price! The calamari, fish, chips and potato scallop were all delicious but prawn cutlet not so much.

We decided to have fish and chips for lunch and found the service and food underwhelming. The potato scallops were terrible, probably close to the worst we have had. They were overcooked with an excessive of batter. The chips were also overcooked, flavourless and only just edible. One of the women working there was curt and snarly. We saw her snap at someone who went to the wrong counter to collect her meal. A suggestion is tell people when they are ordering that they need to collect there food at the other counter outside.

Terrible service, very very slow, very expensive fish and chips, rude response when questioned where to pick up phone order, customer service non existent, will not be back!

I went to this restaurant for a quick Monday night summer dinner of fish and chips. I was told the wait would be 35 minutes, which was fine. However, after waiting for 50 minutes and asking how much longer my order would be, I received a rude and dismissive response with a couple of unsatisfactory excuses. I'm quite disappointed, especially since this place was recommended to me by friends. I can't imagine how they would handle a rush during holidays. I will not be returning.
