Ross's Bbq - Coffeyville

Ross is an incredibly nice guy, and he makes some of the best ribs you’ll ever taste. I highly recommend them!

I had the pig sandwich with baked beans, and it was incredible! It was so delicious that I finished every last bite. Johnny is a BBQ master and a fantastic host. I highly recommend this place! The photo attached shows my empty plate—it's that good!

I can't emphasize enough how amazing the fish, hush puppies, and red beans and rice were.

This is a cozy little BBQ connection with limited lunch and dinner hours, but the food is excellent as the service. I started with iced tea and was surprised by a fully chilled glass of ice cream and my very own little pitcher of well brewed, slightly sweet tea. The ribs were surprisingly fleshy. They were full of bone tenderness and the right amount of smokiness. The BBQ sauce is made in the house. It's not too sweet or tangie. It has a tiny bit of heat, so I appreciate the Coleslaw and tea for contrast. The service was excellent. I felt like eating with a friend. I would like to go back and try another meat and maybe a cold beer instead of tea next time.
