Mcdonald's - Coffee County

Most of the employees are very friendly. They forgot to give me half of my order through the drive thru and I didn’t realize it until I got home. I called and the friendly woman said I could come down and she would give me the other half. I went down, she had them give me fresh chicken nuggets and fries, and was very apologetic. I was happy with the friendly customer service. The food wasn’t that great, but they always get our order correct; this time they just forgot to give me half of it, but they were very apologetic. Food isn’t that great here, but the place is clean (from what I’ve seen) and most of the employees are friendly. The food is either good or really bad. For breakfast, either your bagel is burnt, cold, or perfect. It’s a hit or miss place.

Every time I order curbside pick up they ALWAYS forget something. Whether it's fries, sandwiches, beverages, etc. I have had to have my fiance run inside to grab our missing food items every single time. What's the point of curb side pickup if we still have to go inside????
