The owner carry’s food items from 2015 ALMOST 10 YEARS AGO in the back freezer

We ordered caramel brownie cupfection. First they gave Oreo brownie cupfection then we said it’s wrong one we ordered caramel then they gave us this cup half of the cup is empty. Worst experience with DQ

Lovely managers Kathy and Amanda but my one complaint is over the years the new employees have ruined my experience at this location and the second street location especially when they have their backs to the counter and can barely stand without leaning on the counter. I wish I kept my receipt so I could give a name but a new young girl was very disrespectful and had a very pungent smell of marijuana.

Ordered shakes there, then asked for a cup of ice. Lady said she couldn’t even give me one, after purchasing $15 worth of stuff…
