Sweet Lou's Tap House - Coeur d'Alene

I'm from Tennessee and recently visited this restaurant during a school trip in the area. It was a randomly chosen spot that had great ratings, and it turned out to be my favorite meal of the trip. I ordered the Bisonburger and the cream cheese egg rolls, and I couldn't have been happier with my choices. The photos say it all. If you find yourself here, do yourself a favor and get the egg rolls. With the accompanying sauce, they were one of the most delicious appetizers I've ever had. I'll remember them fondly for a long time!

Very good food, the service was great, the atmosphere was beautiful indoor or outdoor kitchen. There for lunch today and the terrace was very comfortable on a 100 degree day. I was told to get the onion rings and would definitely recommend! I have the Grownup grilled cheese and would definitely recommend! came with fries, sweet potatoes or hand-cut potato chips. Very good!

One of my new favorite restaurants in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, is Sweet Lou's, which is situated at the base of a stylish condo tower. I ordered the half sandwich and soup for lunch, priced at just $8.50, which was both filling and incredibly delicious! My wife opted for the BLT-A, which includes bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado. She kindly shared her fries with me, and they were fantastic! Overall, it was a lovely lunch experience at a very reasonable price. The service, food, prices, and view were all excellent, not to mention the fantastic location!

This restaurant has a fantastic location and a delightful atmosphere. The menu offers a wide range of options, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals, particularly the fish and chips. There’s plenty of convenient parking available. While the service was adequate, it was a bit slow at times considering the number of servers on duty. The prices are about what you would expect. I will definitely be dining here again.

Really good experience during Restaurant Week! Appetizers were the egg rolls stuffed with cream cheese/shredded cheese mixture and calamari. The egg rolls were really flavorful and the calamari cooked perfectly. The majority of us got the lobster roll for our entree and it was better than expected! Great flavor and not heavy on the mayonnaise at all. Desserts were the Ghirardelli brownie, chocolate chip cookie, and chocolate peanut butter cheesecake. Each one provided a nice sweet bite to end the meal! They have a house IPA brewed by Laughing Dog that we really enjoyed as well!
