Bidrage med feedbackThe older staff members appear visibly unhappy, and I’ve witnessed managers reprimanding them right in front of customers, which is extremely unprofessional. It wouldn't surprise me if many other patrons share my observations. The store manager seems completely ineffective; whenever I bring up an issue, I’m met with excuses rather than solutions. This place has really declined. I used to love visiting here, but that’s changed. Corporate should be notified about the poor management at this location. And let's not even get started on the expired food I've consistently found in the store—everything I bring home seems to be close to its expiration date! It's truly disheartening to watch this once clean and well-managed establishment become just another place to avoid.
I visit this restaurant several times a week, and I truly enjoy it! Just be careful when exiting the parking lot; it can be a bit tight, and I've seen a few car accidents happen there.
Megz (with a Z) is an exceptional asset to your restaurant. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my order. I want to express my thanks to her and the rest of the team at the deli, sub, and hot station. It’s always a delightful experience! From the customer who needed honey mustard when it was out—Megz won’t forget!
Overall, it's a pleasant place to shop, but I often find that many items are out of stock. Interestingly, at another location, the same items are readily available.
The staff in the deli department here lack any sense of personality. There's virtually no customer service. They often ignore you when you approach the counter, even if you're the only customer present. When you do manage to ask them a question, they seem irritated by your presence. I've visited this place at least 10 times, and this has happened every single time. I won't be coming back.
