Bidrage med feedbackA really poor experience.. The 2 females behind the counter should try to find a new workplaces without human interaction. Made many misstakes with the order and very bad attitude. Other guests came up to the counter while we stod there and also complained about wrong in their orders too.. Those two are not for the serviceindustry.
This place is horrible. Store owner is rude and has stopped responding to my emails. She brings a dog with her to work and thinks it's okay to bring the dog in the back of the store where food is stored or prepared. Manager/owner Jacqueline Turco has no concerns for customer health or wellbeing while providing food to thousands of people a month. Avoid this place as you will probably get dog hair in your food.
Online order, didnt have ingredient for sandwich, instead of telling me take 8 people then i have to inquire about whats going on. Then twll me ran out of chicken, no apologies for waiting 20 min to tell me no apolgies for anuthing then make me a sandwich that was less expensive, no offer of refund or anything, unless u need subway desperately for some reason skip this store. Ate the sandwich, huge mistake, stomach paying price.
Manager at dq disrespectful fires people when complains about needing people and uses mental disability against those he fired
My sandwich was amazing but the young woman behind the counter was rude and not happy to be there. we paid for monsters and then was informed by her that they did not have any monsters and told us to grab another drink. i asked if they were the same price and she lied saying yes when monsters are a whole dollar more than the regular bottled drinks. the only reason i did not go up and complain was because i really didn’t want to get into an argument with some random woman on my vacation. anyways, food was great. service was trash.
