Great chai tea latte. And I thought only Starbucks had the best.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve lived in 4 different states and it’s always been one of my go-to places. However, I was very disappointed with the food and service I received at this location on October 28, 2023. I ordered a chai tea latte and chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado sandwich. When I received the drink, the cup felt light as if it were only foam in it. I mentioned this to the girl who made my drink and she stared at me blankly. No offer to look at it or adjust my drink. To make matters worse, when I got my sandwich I was turned off by the small knob of avocado I was given. I’m very, very disappointed!!!!!Update: management did reach out with an apology and a gift certificate

Perera understands their customer... like will all Restaurants... the prices are higher and portions smaller... But the food is good.

Good food but portions were lacking, good flavors but definitely not

Food is good but staffs are unfriendly and they keep making mistakes on my orders over and over again.
