Dragon Palace Cockburn

My mother and I were here for the first time. we ordered the usual dishes we had in different other dimsums. the swarm and the inkfish were cold. the other dishes (vapor dumpling, etc.) were beautiful. but my main problem was the cost. it was so expensive for average food. I never go back. they were $84, which is ridiculous, and they go elsewhere

They have not been here for ever and have been so disgusting by the lack of storage and cleanliness. chairs with holes in them, dirty menus, tears stuck between the tables. the window next to us had squeezed bugs on it. I can only imagine the condition of the kitchen. the softdrink was flat and the service left much to wish. eating was okay, but nothing special. the cashier refused the bill although we could not see that this was the case. not many people in the restaurant and all that is probably the reason. would not recommend and will not come back.

The restaurant was shut down and actually dirty. between the tables was eating hard. apparently, tables had been wiped, but between the two tables that were pushed together, food was saved. flows around our eating. Eating itself wasn't too bad. quite average. Huhn was tough in lemon huh. Satay beef was pretty bland. a lot nicer of koi in harrisdale. we ordered 2 lemons limettebitter. one was completely flat and when we went to pay, they wouldn't allow to pay half each. can understand why it wasn't busy. very bad when you look at the price of the courts. disappointed and is not going back.

Once. dragon palace was the place to be! eating, service and experience is what people would drive from anywhere to cockburn, just to experience. I went last week with my man and infant. the manager is the worst. he let us sit on a table, his eyes rolled when we rejected his offer of Chinese tee. in 25 mins we were offered 1 cart service where we selected two items and ordered a side of damped rice for our small. there were no drinks offered, rice never came and either the Dimm trolleys. we paid a bill of $30. if the service had been where he should be, we would have spent hundreds of dollars. the kitchen and the front of the house were in very poor shape, I have since called the city cockburn to put a complain about the hygiene practices and the condition of the restaurant.

I have been to many Chinese restaurants, but this one is the best I've ever experienced. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the manager went above and beyond to assist me. The table service was excellent, and the food was served quickly, hot, and delicious. They also provided icy cold drinks to accompany the meal.
