Bidrage med feedbackEasily the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. On multiple occasions, seperate trips, the service is so incredibly slow if I can even get someone to help me at all. Every time I have to wait 10 minutes or more. It's absolutely ridiculous. On one occasion I watched the worker drop the bun for my sandwich on the floor and try to use it to make my sandwich. I had to make a scene to get a new sandwich made with a bun that wasn't on the floor. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
We just dropped by and ordered 2 small oreo iced cap and 2 large black peppermint tea, and 1 bacon everything pizza; but instead of tea, they charged and gave us 2 blackberry yuzu Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
Staff at the dive thru rush every single time. Before you can pass the packet of food to the kids, put your debit card back in your purse, check traffic and drive, staff keeps repeating bye, bye, thank you, bye. They can see I'm doing my best to be quick because i know what to expect. Extremely rude staff. The young kids are calm. Hardly even find to check if we got everything. Usually, I've got my purse on my lap with food bag because of this pressure, drive away and sort my things out. At times customers don't want speedy service, we want adequate basic service and not add pressure to the already pressured day ahead. Wedges cost $2.79, dip costs $1, for a tiny diy tub, working out to be 36% of the cost of the wedges. Unfair costing in my opinion if you compare to your big chain competitors, Macdonald's who offer a free dip or sauce. The staff didn't mention the price, but assumed we knew and asked what dip do we want. We saw $2 being added to our order for 2 portions of wedges. Please don't write an apology, that's not what I'm looking for after the fact. It's probably the same managers and supervisor writing back. Actually go do something about it and show improvements. I have been a customer since I was 5 years young and I have noticed since Covid started the service and food have declined drastically. I have been going there in mornings before work and I usually ordered sausage and bacon sandwich. Staff have given me sausage sandwich I gave send it back to get what I usually order and they have tell me I did not order what I have asked for. I have told them it happens every time and I have sending it back everytime. It’s so annoying. The staff at heartland have showed me they do not give AF what I asked for. Also what is going on with the cups, I ordered coffee and by the time, I get to work, it is leaking I had to pour it in a mug.
