Backstuble im Hotel Stadt Coburg

We did stay at the hotel and did choose to eat here as it was rated good by TA.I had a Rumpsteak and it was quite good my wife had fish and was ok too.Nothing fancy but fair food at fair prices. And its quite a walk to other places.

I really like the food here as it all seems to have "that personal touch" which is sometimes missing in larger hotels. The price/quality ratio is most excellent!

Food was fantastic. Service impeccable. Comfortable seating with view of the open fire grill. Wonderful dining experience.

Great atmosphere, food was terrific some of the best we had while in Coburg. Duck and fried potatoes yummy. The fish selection was a hit and the Weiner Schnitzel was perfect. The salad that came with was delicious and super fresh. A very good place for a lovely meal.

In the backstüble very good eating is offered by Franconian and Franconian-thüringer art. there is always a varied menu that is adapted to the season. you have to try. the prices for eating are in order and so reasonable. the prices for softdrinks are a bit high.
