STAY AWAY......GO ELSEWHERE!!! The food and the staff are terrible. We had a terrible experience with going out in summer, but hoped it was just a bad day. SO WRONG. I just came home with me. Chicken greasy and overcooked.. Read all reviews....we are not the only ones who complain.. Head Office of SWISS CHALET You better have a good look at this business because it does not meet your standards!!!

About three weeks ago we wanted to order their dinners for the delivery. We called and went through the order and said they didn't make deliveries. We were very surprised. Last week I called from the job for pickup. You warned if it was for picking up or... for delivery. Tonight I called her back for a delivery and the answer was...? I'm sorry, but there's no delivery. So, do not plan delivery meals with Swiss Chalet or you can be very disappointed.

A pretty ridiculous experience. Ordered before dinner for pickup in the parking lot on Mother's Day. I have a text confirmation that it would take 10 minutes. Wounds wait for 1.5 hours before empty hand. many others in the game wait similar or longer. No...option to cancel the order. The children who ran the food were at the unfortunate place to receive feedback from tons of angry customers. No manager to talk, no feedback on how long the wait would be. They kept the ride open and waiting, which seemed annoying to all. Wounded according to my name and number with one of the food buyers who canceled my order will probably have to follow as it is still on my credit card. One of the other people in the game said that this is the third time to experience here, but I will not be back.

I placed an online order and scheduled my pickup time for 5pm. I arrived at 4:59 and received a text stating that my order was being finished and would be ready in about 5 minutes. However, at 5:20, I had to inquire about my order and discovered it had been sitting on a shelf for a while. The manager was rude and stated that other orders had priority. Upon returning home, I found that my $13 Veggie Burger was lacking spices and vegetables. This experience was not a one-time occurrence.

I ordered the holiday family dinner ribs online. The food was ready on time, but when I got home, just a 10-minute drive away, I realized there was no cranberry sauce, only 1 Lindt chocolate box instead of 4, the fries were cold and hard, and the rib side was missing. I rarely get takeout, but wanted to support local businesses during these difficult times. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.
