Subway - Coal Valley

They do not accept national Subway coupons and promotions. It would be better for them to change their store name and discontinue using the Subway brand. This is very disappointing.

I placed an online order using the Bogo code at a restaurant that claimed to be a participating location. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, they informed me that they were not actually a participating location and that my order did not go through. Despite this, I had already been charged for the food and a 15% tip was pending in my bank account. The restaurant told me to contact my bank to reverse the charges, but I did not receive any food. I was extremely disappointed with the management and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. I even showed them the app stating they were a participating location and the pending charge in my bank, but they refused to refund me or provide the food I had ordered because of the Bogo code. Overall, their customer service was terrible.

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:50pm and waited for 15 minutes without anyone taking my order. The customer service was terrible so I ended up leaving. Overall, I rated the service, food, and atmosphere all as a 1 out of 5. The price per person for my meal was $1-10.

Footlong sandwich was only 11.5 inches long with skinny stale bread. Card reader said my gift card wasn't valid and employee wouldn't bother to check the balance to confirm. I checked the card online when I got home and it was fine. Skip this clip joint. Food: 2 Service: 1
