Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant is well-known for its sashimi and sushi, but their hot dishes are also excellent. I recently tried their overnight-dried fish, which was amazing. The portion was generous enough for two people to share.
The sushi at this restaurant is delicious! Especially the yellowtail and foie gras.
Weekday lunch set is available, with a Japanese-style fatty beef hot pot set and salmon miso soup as well as appetizers and snow rice cakes. The portion of beef is generous and the sukiyaki soup base is sweet without being too salty. The sashimi platter includes thick slices of salmon belly and scallops, which are my favorites and all very fresh. The prawns are large and sweet, and the assorted tempura includes three large, crispy shrimp. The sake-steamed clams are delicious, with tender and sand-free meat. Everything is so delicious that I almost wanted to drink up all the soup. A must-try is the single piece of caramelized foie gras sushi, with a crispy caramel topping and burst of oil fragrance when you bite into it.
