Tiān Hóng Shāo é Fàn Diàn

This is a Michelin star recommended restaurant. There are not many tables inside the shop so you might have a chance to split the table with other customers. The must try items must be roasted goose noodles and the soup of the day. The boss said if you want a goose taken away, you need to call the shop at least 2 days in advance to reserve it. Definitely worth the long trip for their roasted goose. The plain rice was a bit too wet otherwise would marry with the goose fat even better. Chef was very friendly, even held the goose for my taking picture when he's not overwhelmed (was a Pre-Covid photo)
