A few days ago, I suddenly wanted to eat noodles. I saw online that this restaurant in Yuen Long is famous for its chicken broth, so I decided to try it. I ordered the Salted Chicken White Soup noodles for $80. They have five different soup bases, and I tried the cheapest one which is the Salted Chicken White Soup. The soup base was very rich and flavorful. The barbecue pork they use is made from chicken meat, which is quite special. The chicken barbecue meat is thick and tender, and it comes with three pieces which is quite generous. I have to praise the addition of yuzu peel in the soup base, as it prevents the dish from being too greasy and adds a refreshing fragrance. Additionally, you can choose to have the noodles in soup or dry style, and I chose the dry noodles. The portion was generous, and it would definitely be satisfying for ladies. I also ordered 3 pieces of dumplings for $15, and I added more because they were golden and crispy, with plenty of filling and a nice touch of vinegar. Overall, it was a good meal.

The shrimp soup may be slightly salty, but I think it pairs well with the noodles as the noodles themselves don't have much flavor. The Japanese dumplings $22 are of average quality, with normal taste and ample filling. Usually, ramen is made with pork, but here they use chicken meat!
