Bidrage med feedbackShoyu Ramen with Extra Char Siu (with seasoned egg) $98 (with extra char siu $108) - Daishoken Maruichi is a restaurant rumored to be founded by the disciple of the original ramen master Yamashiro Kazuo. The broth is brewed in a Japanese factory and directly imported to Hong Kong. Both the broth and char siu are impressive, with the extra char siu in the special version ($98) adding two more pieces of delicious char siu compared to the regular version ($70). The char siu is so tasty that one piece is definitely not enough. The table always has enough ice water that is adequately chilled.
The taste of this newly opened restaurant is a bit different from the old one. It is a bit inconvenient that they do not offer takeout, hopefully they will offer it in the future.
The ambiance at this Japanese restaurant is great, and the dipping noodles are very unique.
第一次到坊食沾麵午餐 系有D期望…… 兩位侍應在樓面負責落單 落單要自己剔紙 簡單亦清晰 侍應成日都喺度傾計 根本上都冇望過我哋啲客 叫了一個招牌沾麵套餐 包三隻煎餃 沾麵只有冷和暖選擇 我比較鍾意食熱 所以呢度已經扣咗分 沾麵真身連沾湯都唔熱 極其量都只能夠講係唔凍 雖然麵有霖和硬選擇 我選擇正常 但食落都覺得硬 有輕微生骨 叉燒過肥 麵身唔能夠帶湯 再加湯唔夠濃 所以味道一般 食完啲麵之後加湯 加少少就已經冇味 但係又唔熱 連和暖都講唔上 所以一啖就放下 $115加一後$127 都唔會有下次了
麵選適中但好硬,沾麵唔吸水攪到沾完個湯都係無味,麵底又唔係特別靚 似機打 湯底夠濃但麵沾唔到湯嘅味係無意思 $70 個麵呢個質素覺得好失望
