Bidrage med feedbackWhere do I begin? Got here Tuesday a little before 2. Checked in....did not expect a room to be ready. I requested a room on a upper floor. After taking a short walk through the resort the lady behind the desk called us over and said she had 2 rooms on the 1st floor. I stated I would wait for a 2nd floor room. We went to dinner and a little before 6, yes 6, they called and said our room was ready....1st floor...duh!! My husband went to the front desk and they gave us a 2nd floor! Whole day shot! Front desk gave us coupons to use. Room at first glance seemed good, I noticed the sheers were falling down. Bathtub had mold and carpet dirty and stained. Room smelled good and bedding very clean. Hallway and steps have the same dirt and liter that was there when we checked in. Housekeeping, well only one regular coffee pod, we drink 2 cups a piece in am. We asked for more. We went swimming and return to the room. The bed was not made and no fresh towel, etc. Called front desk and asked why no housekeeping and he said they stopped because of COVID but did not tell us that on request they would replenish everything and not make the bed. We spent our time running back and forth to the lobby to get towels, coffee, etc. Circus continues....yesterday morning went to the front desk to give kudos to Haley for her service in the cafe. Then mentioned my concerns. At that time she stated that they do not make beds but on request the will do everything else. She said she would put in a request, and as we came back to our room we saw housekeeping and asked her for housekeeping. Went out returned after 10, no clean towels, etc. Front desk sent up coffee, towels. First one that really made an effort. Every time we mentioned a problem, “we will make the manager aware and we are so sorry, we will fix it”, this is Friday and same issues. And have not received a peep from the manager. We found this inn in My Wyndham and picked it because it is a Landmark hotel. Disappointed!!!! Will never stay again!!!! I am glad I did not pay the prices advertised on their sight, I would be more angry. My guess would be that they get beat up during ski season and do nothing to improve the rooms the rest of the year. I WILL BE MAKING WYNDHAM AWARE!
Excellent, friendly staff. Very nice accommodations. We had an issue with the unit A/C and had response within minutes of calling it in. On site dining was excellent. A very nice place. I would visit here again.
The rooms walls are thin and could hear the neighbors and the dog in the other room whenever they barked. Hot tub should be adults only. Very annoying with kids doing cannonballs and treating it like the swimming pool. Nice pool and decent sized fitness room. Wished the sauna wasn’t temporarily out of order. Spa was ok. Bistro 210 was excellent food and drinks. Courtyard cafe was good food and good priced. The main lodge Mac and cheese was disgusting and didn’t taste like Mac and cheese. The slopes and tubing was a blast. The sports bar had friendly servers not so much the retreat bar. The second time we went was much better. The market had some awesome souvenirs. Overall very good experience just need to avoid certain things. Sugar shack had good food also.
We were excited about the Midweek Ski Free ski and stay package. We booked one night, for our anniversary. We enjoyed a day of skiing and dinner at the Inn’s restaurant was ok. However, a few days after our stay I had a charge from the spa, we never even passed through the spa doors...it was also for a day after we had checked out. I called and the spa, they transferred me to the property’s accountant he said that he assumed it was a hold on the card for our room stay, he told me he would look into it and let me know. The next day I get another room package change on my card. I called the accountant back and he said I need to talk to the front desk manager at the Inn. I called several times, left several message and still NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. It has been over a month. What poor customer service. Kelly from the restaurant call me back asap about the food review I left in the check-out survey email…but it seems the front desk at the Inn cannot return calls and will charge you for extra nights on your stay. I should have paid more attention to the reviews that mentioned similar issues. We will never be back.
The venue is well-maintained and offers plenty of fun activities, but they are quite strict with their cash policy, which makes dining options limited. After 9 o'clock, there is only one dining room available, and it's both expensive and underpopulated.
