Twelve By Brava - Cluj-Napoca

We had the pleasure of visiting on a rainy day and to put delight the resturant was empty. Everything was clean and well organized and our waiter was lovely, everyone enjoyed their meals without a single complaint.

I don't quite understand why the 4.5/5 is there. The waitress was having a bad day or idk. She was not rude per se, but snapped and slammed everything. The food was bland: The burger buns cold and soggy. The meat was just meh. The chicken wings had 0 seasoning. At least it tasted like it was fried in butter. The salad had 0 dressing... just placed there straight out of the supermarket bag. Very dissapointed and couldn't recommend.

Amazing food Excellent Service!!

Ok service, average food. The service is at times slow at peak hours. Their cream soups are good, and also some of the desserts like the Tiramisu. Their ribs are somewhat dry and bland. Their carnivora pizza is very oily due to the type of salami and sausage they use and the dough feels like the store-bought ones. The overall atmosphere is nice, but some of the items on the menu can be improved.

The food was very tasty, also to waitress was very kind and polite. The only downsides are that in the room it was a bit cold and the prices were high.
