Restaurant Panoramic Cetatuie

We came to this restaurant for sunset drinks and the panoramic view of the city was really magical. Even after the darkness, Cluj looked beautiful from the top of this heel. However, this was the only positive point of this visit. The staff was really unwilling and upset by any questions about the menu could not say the difference between some offered splash that they were all the same, only prosecco plus some syrup The drinks were not really delicious. We didn't order food. If you are lucky to get a small table outside, you will be rewarded by the view. If not, do not stay there because the service and the menu are not worth it.

We went here a rainy day that proved to be a very good idea. We had coffee in the fresh air, although under the roof, with magnificent views over the city. We can't judge the food. But the ambience on the glass veranda, the lunches were served, which were suitable for important family meetings. And the view must be overwhelming in the nights.

While the food in the restaurant is delicious, staff recruitment needs serious improvement. 1) We were served a different kind of drink (not informed that it is more expensive); 2) On our arrival we were told that the bed of the suit we booked must be paid extra if we are to use it; 3) while clean, the rooms need an upgrade and repairs, the doors were not properly closed. Overall not great memories of a birthday...

We had lunch there, chicken soup with dumplings, it was good, and some drinks, then paid and stayed on the terrace. We were ready to leave, and then a group of foreign people came, so the waiter told us he'll need the table...we we leaving anyway, but his attitude was very disappointing, remembers me not to pay until I leave, so I can adjust tipping. The prices of some soups and some drinks are ok, but for second course and the rest of the menu the prices are high.

Boven op de heuvel heb je een prachtig uitzicht. Goede service, lekker eten, maar wel wat aan de prijs.
