Trelio Food Wine - Clovis

The dining room was extremely cold, and they refused to adjust the temperature. They did provide a blanket, which felt strange in the summer. It took over 3 hours for us to be fully served! We had to keep pouring our own wine during this time, especially considering we were paying over $100 per person. On a positive note, the food was outstanding. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. The restaurant is nestled in a cozy setting, creating an intimate atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient. My three-course meal was superb, featuring perfectly cooked French onion soup, wild mushroom risotto, and wagyu steak. If I'm ever back in Clovis, I will definitely return. Holy moly, this was hands down one of the best dining experiences of my life. I chose the five course tasting menu and the wine pairing. The food is divine and the wine pairings were perfection.
