Bidrage med feedbackThis is a great place for some sushi. We decided to try the dining area instead of Teppenaki. Our waitress suggested Fresno and 49 reels. Both were excellent. The service was fast, friendly and warm. This place is highly recommended.
If you are looking for a good Teppanyaki place in Fresno, I would encourage you to try this place. The food is really good, it is cooked to perfection, beautiful little show along with. Do not forget the hot and spicy sauce and tempura shrimp.
Great restaurant for a special occasion. The staff is friendly, the chefs are entertaining and engaged. The menu has a large number of choices and the portions are large.
What a disappointment. Lost a loyal 25-year-old customer. Have reservations for a celebration with family from the city. The reservation was an hour later when we requested the availability of the restaurant. arrived at their recommended reservation time, and they were not willing to put us beacuse, our table had been given away. 15 minutes later they offered us to sit at two tables, but we agreed, it was 't evenly distributed so that they could sit another party when we ask that we could be evenly distributed, the manager Barto said I had to buy the additional seats because the seat so not charged. Asking why they knew the reservation that we had a celebration, he said that not sitting together for us, it was so that they knew that the number of employees he needed. Five minutes later a new party came with only four and they sat at their own table. This party with the other party on our table would have made a full table and I doubt that he would have accused them of empty seats. That's not a baseball stadium, so he insulted, he thought I was enough to believe that. We have changed our dinner time to work later with their availability so it was too late to take such a big party elsewhere. He was so unprofessional to shout at the staff to support the situation. The waitresses were nice, food was decent (no longer great), but the atmosphere really reduced. The ventilations were not working, or when we first sat, so the place was so smokey, your eyes burned. They solved the problem about 20 minutes later with the ventilation openings. The dishes were cracked and chipped, they were made of straw and half the cocktail menu was not available due to the bar inventory. Maybe Barto should focus on its inventory, plate and customer service instead of trying to sell the tables. We still have the 25% and the chefs their part because they tried to help. They have not sung happy birthday to our table, but to another table and not a picture memoir as in the past. That sucks. This was my favorite place raised and I spoke the family in dinner here against the newer (last 20 years) teppenyaki places. I should have listened to the family still living in the area. Rates all great kingdoms for autumn and historical it is on leadership. Do not plan your celebrations here if you want to enjoy what you celebrate.
We went for a birthday dinner for showmanship of the cooks. The whole experience was fantastic. The wait staff are attentive. Our cook was patient with the many questions posed by our son and let him know ahead of time when big fire tricks were going to happen. The rice is very yummy. We tried mostly sea food this time and found it well cooked and seasoned. The kids had Shirley Temples for the first time.
