Arby's - Clive

This Arby's location gets it right. Service has always been great, and order accuracy has been 100%.

I had ordered a Chicken Sandwich meal. When eating the chicken sandwich, I noticed it tasted a little slimy and strange. Come to find out, the chicken was not thoroughly cooked properly and what I was tasting was raw chicken. It was so raw, it actually had a pink color to it. Will never eat at another Arby's again.

I understand that no one is perfect but how hard is it to read a receipt? Receipt had the correct order. The only thing they got right was the chicken nuggets otherwise they messed up 3 drinks and 2 meals. You can't expect people to come back to your store if time and time again their orders are wrong.

Taylor was amazing, he practically read my mind throughout the entire complicated order and made sure we had everything to make our meal a wonderful experience.Thank you Taylor!

The tables were dirty. My family of 4 were the only ones there and after we got our food and found a clean table all the employees there went out and smoked all 3 of them. I didn't see a single person pick up a wet sanitized rag to clean tables or even grab a broom when they came back in they all stood there
