Little Caesars Pizza - Clio

While I was waiting, I approached the gentleman at the counter to see if I could pay early, and he said yes, but to hold on while he finished something. After about 25 minutes, I checked in with him again to ask about my food. He told me it had just come out of the oven. So, after waiting half an hour for my pre-ordered food, I had to wait an additional hour and 15 minutes. Waiting isn’t the problem for me, especially when I expect to get fresh food, but yesterday's experience was unacceptable. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

I had quite a frustrating experience trying to order a pizza here. When I arrived, there were three other customers waiting in the store without any service. After 15 minutes, an employee finally approached me to take my order for a "hot and ready" pizza. He informed me it would take another 15 minutes to prepare. It would have been nice if he had started the process right away instead of wasting my time.

Last night, the pizzas weren't ready when I inquired about them, which was understandable. However, the behavior of the staff was completely unprofessional; they were quite loud and chaotic, especially when I tried to communicate with the customers.

I came about 20 minutes before the closure and was immediately thrown out by the manager. We have nothing. Go home? She told me when she literally pushed me out of the building. I'm sorry we'd close again? When someone working in the customer service, their behaviour was completely unacceptable and made a bad taste in my mouth. I won't return.

Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had. Told me 35 minutes was what I was told to get my order wait for an hour and half at the store only to receive my pizzas that were completely uncooked in tge middle didn't even eat it through it away because it was that ??
