Ted's Charcoal Steakhouse - Clinton

We Liked It. This new Steakhouse opened right after Christmas. We dined there last week and liked it well enough that we'll visit again in the future. They're located in a strip shopping center near Advance Auto Parts. In case any one is interested, they have a Facebook page.

Hard to beat the steak at Ted's! But they got lots of other stuff to suit you fancy. Gathered here with the fam for February birthdays, and the wait staff and food were both awesome! Thanks for a great night out, guys!

Location was unusually weird in the back of an old abandoned parking lot beside a garage and retail tire shop in which both appeared to be out of business. The inside of the restaurant was surprisingly nice (a little dated) with a welcoming atmosphere. The service was okay, but not impressive. Overall the food was good. The salad bar was clean and the veggies were fresh. The steaks were okay. A little too pricey for the quality of meat being served (I am .being honest). The pork chops were seasoned well and we're very flavorful. However, I ordered my ribeye medium RARE and it was served medium. I might eat at this restaurant again if I was traveling through the area.

We had a big party of 20+. We were provided friendly service and William didn't disappoint. Some meals were not as timely as we wanted our 2nd table 30+ wait, due to our size and another party. Our celebration was great, honoring my dad's Birthday.

Good Blackened salmon with broccoli and sweet potato fries served with cinnamon sugared butter to dip fries. The food was delicious. Could have been a little hotter.
