They post free 6 inches subs of 10am-12. Now we're gonna get there at 11:20 a.m. and they're telling us they're not doing this anymore because they're spending a lot... that's wrong advertising!

Did not cost my sandwich when I returned home. no taste.

The personal does not ask to wear customer masks, to serve many customers who did not wear masks.

I will normally turn on for a sandwich from time to time and always so good service from the ladies who make the sandwiches or run the register. But today was the lady that made my sandwich as always beautiful. the man in register nasty! so rude and had the nerve to throw my recipe on the theke. had a tipp in my hand too! if I had passed the tipp to the dame, I would have done that. whoever they are mr. nasty, they can stay in the back because they should not serve anyone with this unprofessional attitude.

The entire point of placing an online order and picking it up is so it's ready when you arrive....they call you to confirm your order then wait until you arrive to make it. Really annoying
