Riverview Grill - Clinton

One of the worst meals we have ever had. The meat had been on the grill way to long and so hard that a knife and fork wouldn't go through it: cole slaw out of a bag and dry: onion rings were greasy the fries were ok but they came out of a bag. Waitress was good but the cook didn't read the order and prepared it incorrect. If you want something nice I would suggest going somewhere else and not wasting your money. We won't ever return.

Took friends and family when visiting in Knoxville in April. Absolutely wonderful BBQ, friendly atmosphere, and good service. Highly recommend and plan to put on my list of places to eat for every visit in Knoxville.

Whilst on vacation with friends we visited river view grill and we all had something different to eat and each meal was amazing and i think everyone at some point should try visiting river view grill .

I had one of the most disappointing BBQ sandwiches I've ever experienced. The brisket was tough and it was clear that they don't have a good grasp on how to prepare or serve quality BBQ brisket. The side dishes tasted like they came straight from a can or freezer—nothing was fresh at all. While the wait staff were friendly, the prices were steep given the overall quality of the food. Unless they make some significant changes, I doubt they will still be operating under the same management a year from now.

The catfish here is truly fantastic—cooked to perfection, not overdone at all! My sister ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which was incredibly tender, and the house barbecue sauce is excellent. We will definitely be returning!
