Rastrelli's - Clinton

My wife and I have been visiting this restaurant for 25 years; it was actually our first official date. I understand that every employee faces challenges. The Salad Bar is usually one of our favorites, but tonight it didn't quite meet our expectations. Our server was excellent, but there were definitely many tasks to manage. This experience won't alter my opinion about the Clinton brand, but I truly hope they can train the next generation of staff to uphold the great legacy of these establishments.

When it comes to Clinton, this place might be considered a five-star restaurant. However, I found it to be just average. The service was good, and I’ll give them credit for that. They begin the meal with bread and oil, but there’s no vinegar, which is somewhat disappointing.

This is the Italian restaurant from my childhood that I still adore. The daily specials are always a great choice, and the service is consistently excellent. The pizza is unlike any other—truly the best!
