Kfc - Clinton

I typically don?t leave reviews, but the only reason I?m reviewing this particular place is because I know it has AMPLE opportunity to be great as it once was. Yesterday I came here and decided to order inside. This is what I found wrong: 1. Thedoors don?t work properly 2. Customer service was mediocre 3. Restrooms?? my goodness where do I start! Both toilets were fullof feces! Floors were full of trash and dirt. Sink was too filthy to even wash my hands?when I took my face mask off (beforeseeing the feces) it smelled AWFUL 4. Floors inside the restaurant were filthy 5. Flies everywhere 6. Food on the hot bar lookedold 7. No AC -upon viewing all of this I asked for a refund before getting my food. The manager appeared to not care about herestablishment. I was given the refund without concern as to why (most managers have the common decency to at least ask waseverything okay. She did NOT) I want to say something positive about this place, but I don?t believe I can. Please give thisrestaurant a manager who cares and will give it the attention it desperately needs. I believe this is the only kfc in, Clinton.I?d hate to see it continuously go down hill.

The customer service was great! Woman shentel was so nice, efficient and warm! such a pleasant surprise with delicious bun.

I just have to say that they have my order right (what is why the received two stars,) but I'm just disappointed because this huh is rotated and old. as it has been sitting for hours and being served, which is so sad. I couldn't even eat it. it is so bad taste and under temperature. if health inspector were there, it would be bad. that I know, but very disappointed.

Yesterday I came here and decided to order inside. that I found wrong: 1. the doors do not work properly 2. customer service was moderate 3. toilets?. my goodness, where do I start! both toilets were full of kot! the floors were full of mull and dirt. sink was too dirty, even washing my hands. when I took my face mask (before seeing the faeces) smelled it terrible 4. the floors in the restaurant were dirty 5. everywhere 6. eating on the hot bar looked old 7. no ac-upon all that I looked at asking for a refund before I got my food. the manager didn't seem to care about her facility. I received the refund without care, why (most managers have the common standing, at least asking, everything was in order. she has not I want to say something positive about this place, but I don't think I can. Please give this restaurant a manager who cares and will give him the attention it needs urgently. I think this is the only kfc in clinton. I would hate to see it all the time, they go to the hill.

My wife got take-out tonight. The chicken was small and burnt. It had no taste to it. When she ordered fries she was told it would take 35 minutes. This location closes well before Popeyes, with good reason. Used to love KFC but this location should just close. The 2nd picture is a breast and wing. It was terrible.
