Kfc - Clinton

Unfortunately, we had to settle for whatever food they had ready because they were in the process of closing and couldn’t prepare anything fresh. What we received was old, greasy, and the soggiest fried chicken I've ever been served. I understand it was late and the staff might have been tired, but they should maintain a level of professionalism. It feels unfair to charge full price for food that is near the end of its quality and simply being sold off before closing.

My husband and I stopped here during our trip, and I have to say, it was the best chicken I've ever had from KFC. It was incredibly juicy and delicious!

I requested a 3-piece wing combo but was informed that I couldn't just get wings. I accepted that, and then when she asked for my sides, I said I wanted mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. She told me that I couldn't get mac and cheese as it only comes in that ridiculous mac bowl they’re selling. So, I ended up canceling my order.

I typically don?t leave reviews, but the only reason I?m reviewing this particular place is because I know it has AMPLE opportunity to be great as it once was. Yesterday I came here and decided to order inside. This is what I found wrong: 1. Thedoors don?t work properly 2. Customer service was mediocre 3. Restrooms?? my goodness where do I start! Both toilets were fullof feces! Floors were full of trash and dirt. Sink was too filthy to even wash my hands?when I took my face mask off (beforeseeing the feces) it smelled AWFUL 4. Floors inside the restaurant were filthy 5. Flies everywhere 6. Food on the hot bar lookedold 7. No AC -upon viewing all of this I asked for a refund before getting my food. The manager appeared to not care about herestablishment. I was given the refund without concern as to why (most managers have the common decency to at least ask waseverything okay. She did NOT) I want to say something positive about this place, but I don?t believe I can. Please give thisrestaurant a manager who cares and will give it the attention it desperately needs. I believe this is the only kfc in, Clinton.I?d hate to see it continuously go down hill.
