Chick-fil-a - Clinton

Probably the worst Chick-fil-A I?ve been to. I?ve been here multiple times and received poor service. I thought I?d give it another try tonight. Arrived 15 min before the closed (8:45) but closed early apparently. Do not say you?re open until 9 pm ifyou?re not open until 9!

Although my chicken sandwich was a bit dry, the exceptional service I received is what left a lasting impression on me.

I downloaded their app and received a spicy chicken sandwich with a free kale side promotion. The manager brought it to my table without any utensils for the kale, so I had to ask for a fork. My verdict? Go to Popeyes for a good spicy chicken sandwich because Chick-fil-A isn't worth it. The tomatoes were pale pink and the pickles were soggy as well.

I deliver for Chick-Fil-A using Doordash and UberEats at one of the three locations in my city. I have never had a customer complain about their order, and the food is always hot and prepared quickly. I personally eat there every day at whichever location I am near, and I have never had any issues except for occasionally asking for another cup of lemonade.

The Clinton (MS) Chick-fil-A is FANTASTIC in every way. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and courteous to the customers. The food is always hot, fresh, and quickly served. And our granddaughters (like all kids) LOVE the inside playground. One of ourfavorites for lunch, a snack, or a ?date? with our granddaughters!
