You can't go wrong with a strawberry milkshake at this location. I didn't have anything else but I'm sure the food would be just as good.

I brought my family here for a quick bite on the way to Texas. It was after 9, so they weren't busy at all. Incredibly slow service. The poor girl at the register was brand new and nobody was teaching her what to do. Our burgers were just thrown together. They were out of ketchup, lids for the cups, trash was over flowing and the soap in the bathroom was almost out. They need a better team leader and need to be taught some team working skills because no one was communicating at all.

Stood in line with no one else there for 5 minutes! No one acknowledged me standing there, not I 'll be with you in a minute, nothing! At least 4 employees walked in front of me during that time My husband and I finally walked out. Poor management, customer service and manners!

Braum's is truly a remarkable establishment. It might even be considered a national culinary gem.
