Wendy's - Clifton

Fast friendly staff, but they looked like they used some extra staff. The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh!

We were completely ignored and stood by the counter when the employees passed...no acknowledgement that a female clicked out in plain dresses and did not recognize us.......... This was at 19:30 we finally went there would have been a $50.00 order or more. I would like to edit this review. The first has actually happened and it was very disappointing. We stopped at Wendy this morning and had breakfast on the way to the airport and I talked to the General Manager, who was very apologetic, explained the staff situation and the justification of the two managers who were very incapable of taking care of customers and providing customer service. Thank you for your last visit to Wendy's at your location. For now a pleasant one.

The staff was friendly and even tried another way to give us a discount b/c, the app didn't work. The food was up to the usual standard for Wendy's. Fries were not quite crispy enough, but fortunately they gave us a few Craspiers.

I had a problem with my order, but it was very professionally supervised. Hyde the manager was the best and even offered if there was something else they could do to help fix the problem. Hyde needs an increase!
