Smashburger - Clifton

I received the wrong order, getting chicken instead of beef. I had to wait another 30 minutes to get the correct order. At this point, I think I should have received something complimentary for the inconvenience. Additionally, someone behind me noticed they also didn't get their fries. This experience was absolutely disappointing, and I won't be returning.

I wish I could give this place less than one star. It's the only restaurant in New Jersey where you have to request chicken in your Cobb salad. Who orders a Cobb salad without chicken? It's essentially missing the main component of the dish. Save your money and go somewhere else for your salad!

My family has dined at SmashBurger multiple times, and we have always had a great experience. Their turkey burgers are out of this world! We also really enjoy the Brussels sprouts and smash duds. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and attentive, working together to ensure customer satisfaction. It's especially impressive considering that most of the staff are relatively young. Great job, SmashBurger!

This was my first time ever at a Smashburger and honestly it was my last. I ordered the Double Bacon Smashburger with regular french fries and a Cookies and Cream shake. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and even when it was finished, dining in there's a sense of hesitation the staff gives because they don't tell you where to sit or give you a way to get your order. My burger was so greasy and dripping from the side, my fries were at best good but my shake was a disaster. It had a taste of burning metal from what I can assume was the overworked blender. I simply refused to drink it. Overall not worth going back if I can go to Shake Shack or even Five Guys.

Classic Smash Burger w/ Smashfries... On point? I just wish the fries had more of the rosemary, garlic taste to them...they were just oily. But all things aside... It's worth the stop and delicious Burger ?.
