Today is the third time in a month order by the app. 5 dozen donuts preordered. wait 15 minutes for pick up. Once again, they only see the coffee on the order and I'm stuck in waiting. What's wrong?

This place is the repeat offender. I would drive 10 minutes past this dunkin rather than go here. Time time again, made to feel like an inconvenient customer. So many micro aggressions. So many occurrences where you’re made to feel like an inconvenience. Skipped in line, or worse. Apologizing to the people behind you because your order is still being taken. It’s annoying. Need better training or better people. UPS store has it down pact. No gimmicks, no stigmas. Regular service. Is all we want. Please do better. the Rite Aide. They’re really nice. Everywhere else, for my fellow POC. Protect your energy do not come here. They will ruin your day or mood. Spend your money somewhere else. I literally drive past this Dunkin’ now. It’s sad, it’s only a couple minutes away. Just not worth the hassle.

The worst service for two pesto sandwiches and two drink done wrong . The owner should be embarrassed of this service.

The service is slow, and the prices are too high for the quality of food offered. Half the time, there are people sitting outside with their dogs. Additionally, the coffee is often burnt, and they frequently run out of two of their coffee options.

Great place, talk about team work, very nice employees.
